O.G.H.S. v. H.S. EX-GIRLS Ex-girls began with two players short, and play in the first spell was rather scrappy. Some very quick and bright movements were seen later, however, when both teams were up to strength. Q. Phelan played her first game this season for Ex-girls. Although she played in the forwards position, her handling was as good as ever, and she should be an asset to the team. The final score was 20-5 in favour of Ex-Girls. Miss E. Ferguson was the referee. Y.W.C.A. v. University Play in the first half was even and the ball was passed rapidly up the court. The Y.W.C.A. centres found it difficult to clear, and the forwards, besides making high passes, were not coming out, and were getting behind their opponents. The halftime score was 14-13 in favour of Y.W.C.A. In the second spell play quickened, and University was nbt able to keep up with the pace. The final score was 30-15 in favour of Y.W.C.A. Mrs P. Holley was the referee. Training College v. Albany The game between Albany and College provided a fine exhibition of basketball, especially in the second spell, when the College team was passing well. The game was fast, the final score was 26-18 in favour of Training College. Miss T. Malcolm was ■the referee.

Kiwi v. Training College B This was a clean, open game, and both teams showed an improvement on their previous standard of play. Kiwi particularly played a faster and more open type of game. The ball went well through the court. The final score was 26-8 in favour of Kiwi. Mrs V. Byers was the referee. Fourth and Fifth Grade Trials
