REOPENING OF DEBATE PRIME MINISTER’S PROPOSAL (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 26. An indication that the debate on the report of the New Zealand delegation to the General Assembly of the United Nations may be reopened to enable members to discuss matters tin '.’ will be raised at the Peace Conferenc ■ was given in the House of Representatives by the Prime Minister, Mr I‘. Fraser, to-day. He said that during the debate a number of important matters were raised, and he felt that they deserved some further consideration before the reply was given. Mr Fraser said that matters were raised that would come before the Peace Conference, and as far as possible he would like to give the House some idea of how he and the Government felt towards these questions. His idea was that while replying to the debate he might open another debate or 'even move a motion to give members who had already spoken the opportunity of expressing their views. He would not like to raise questions which would come up at the Peace Conference and not make it possible for them to be fully discussed.
