Tenders are required to be for named lots, giving separate figures for each lot in which the tenderer is interested. An overall tender will not be recognised as such, but must state the price tendered for all lots (including the leasehold), but may state against any particular lot or lots that the tender is -conditional upon the tenderer being the successful tenderer for such other named lots. In the absence of such a proviso each price will be regarded as a separate- unconditional bid. Tenders are for the Plarit, Machinery. Furniture and Fittings as they) now lie stored. A schedule of the plant, etc., is available, together with copy of the leasehold agreement, for inspection at the office ot the Liquidator. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
