A THRILLING FINAL
THE BEST EVER SEEN (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON. July 5. -One of the best singles finals in the history of Wimbledon was the unanimous verdict of the Petra-Brown match says the Daily Herald tennis writer. Th e Daily Mail describes it as “ one of the most thrilling ever seen at Wimbledon,” and the Daily Telegraph says “ it was the most exciting in the annals of Wimbledon.”
