BRITAIN AND RUSSIA ENVOY REACHES LONDON (Rec. 7 p.m.) LOND'ON, July 5. A Russian envoy arriving in London soon for talks on the new Anglo-Rus-sian trade pact, which will probably be signed in October, says the Daily Express. He will work out preliminaries with the President of the Board of Trade. Sir Stafford Cripps, and experts will complete the details. Mr Bevin and Mr Molotov will sign the pact either in London or Moscow.
