HOLLAND AND COLONIES PRIME MINISTER’S DECLARATION (Rec 7 p.m.) AMSTERDAM. July 5 The Prime Minister, Dr Louis Beel. announced .that the relationship between Holland and her overseas territories would continue to be based on Queen Wilhelmina’s speech of December 7, 1942. in which she said that n round-table conference would be held after the war. . “The points of guidance in the speech will have to be adapted to the changed circumstances,” Dr Beel added “The Government declaration of February 10. offering Commonwealth status to Indonesia, will be laid before the conference when convened, as representing the framework in which the Government is prepared to arrive at a new political relationship.
