AMNESTY SOUGHT
REQUEST BY GERMAN STUDENTS (Etc. 7 p..m) LONDON, July 5. An amnesty for all German students under the age of 32 who were members of the Nazi Party was demanded by German students in a resolution carried at a conference in Gottingen, in the British zone. The students pointed out that such students were under the age of 21 when the Nazi Party came to power in 1&33. A further resolution declared; “Germany is indivisible and must not become the victim of separatist doctrines.’' The conference thanked the Control Commission's Education Department for being allowed to meet.
