British Labour Party’s Policy

(Rec. 8 p.m.) . LONDON, June 10. " If the British and Russian peoples cannot march forward side by side the dark forces of Germany might achieve their evil dream of world domination," said Mr Hugh Dalton, in a speech on the eve of the Labour Party annual conference at Bournemouth. " The first step is to make clear to Moscow that we are having no truck with the British Communist Party. This great Socialist movement will not be mucked about. We and the Russians must meet on the basis of moral equality and mutual respect. Each is best able to judge how to accomplish Socialism in its own country."
