FOUR SAFES STOLEN
ROBBERY AT AIR STATION’ (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON. Mar/27. The theft of four safes, containing £7OOO, from the Royal Naval air station at Culham, Oxfordshire, was-re-vealed yesterday when Sir G. W. Fox (Con., Henley) gave notice to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr A. V. Alexander, next week who is to bear the loss. The robbery, which occurred last September, was carried out by men using a lorry when most of the 1200 officers and men were away from camp. -
