Trygve Lie, Secretary-general of the United Nations Organisation, replying to the Jugoslav allegations against General Anders’s army in Italy, says The Times diplomatic correspondent. The letter, which is expected to be made public to-morrow, will probably point out that Britain has never received an inquiry from Jugoslavia through ordinary diplomatic channels, also that the Polish forces in Italy will more probably be moved southward than northward.
