The amount paid in respect to the children is a family benefit. The second part of your question is too obscure to be answered. “Anxious,” Mornington.—A person who has had- his leg amputated in the Public Hospital as a result of an accident at his work does not pay maintenance in the Hospital if he receives compensation for his injury under the Workers’ Compensation Act. If, however, the accident has been caused by the negligence of the employer and damages are being claimed, hospital fees would be paid from the sum received as damages. :
