COLONISTS PROTEST

TANGANYIKA AND TRUSTEESHIP (Rec 10 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12. Delegates from all parts of Tanganyika met at Arusha and protested against the decision of the British Government to place the territory under United Nations trusteeship, says Reuter’s Nairobi correspondent. A resolution stated: “It is essential for the welfare of all communities and the future peace and progress of the territory that Tanganyika should be declared a British colony forthwith, and become an integral part of the British Empire.”
