NEW SOUTH WALES MINISTER appointment revived (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 13 The State Cabinet has appointed the Minister of Lands (Mr J. M. Tuily) as New South Wales Agent-general in London. The State has not been represented in London since 1940 because the position was not considered necessary in the war years. The Premier (Mr W. J. McKell) stressed the necessity of adequate representation in the post-war reconstruction period. Mr Tullv, who has been in State politics for 19 years, and holds the Goulburn seat, is a practical fat lamb farmer.
