MELODY BALLROOM DANCES

Large crowds attended dances held at the Melody 'Ballroom on New Year’s Eve and on Wednesday night. At the New Year’s Eve dance the old year was played out and the new year played in/and all joined m the singing of “Auld Lang Syne.” Cash prizes for the Monte Carlo dances were given at both functions. Music was supplied by the Melody Ballroom Orchestra. Another dance is to be held to-morrow night.
