SENTENCED TO DEATH

NAZI GENERALS AND CORPORAL LONDON, Dec. 30. Moscow radio announced to-day that two German generals and a corporal were sentenced to death at Briansk to-day, to be publicly hanged ' five hours later for atrocities committed during the occupation. They were Lieutenant-generals F. G. Bernhardt and Adolf Hammann and Corporal Lemler. Another corporal, Karl Stein, was sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment.
