The Sulphide Corporation head office cables that' the annual meeting will be held on December 31. The directors wih recommend at the annual meeting a dividend oC Is per share on preference shares, payable on January 29. Deduct income tax at the rate of 8s in the £, being 10s less 2s relief. Preference registers will be closed from December 27 to January 10, both days inclusive. —Advt.
