ABDICATION IMMINENT
KING VICTOR EMMANUEL (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) ROME, Dec. 11. King Victor Emmanuel’s abdication in favour of Crown Prince Umberto is imminent, reports the Exchange Telegraph’s correspondent. He adds that Prince Umberto would subse-
quently give up the throne in favour of his son, the Prince of Naples, who would rule under a Regency, including the Archbishop of Milan and the politicians Signor Nitti and Count Sforza.
