GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING MR FRASER TO LEAVE NEXT WEEK (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 12. The New Zealand delegation to the first meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations Organisation to be held in London in January will be led by the Prime Minister, Mr P. Fraser, who is expected to leave the Dominion for this purpose next weex. Mr Fraser will travel by air and will proceed to the United Kingdom via the Pacific route and America. The General Assembly was part of the organisation established at the conference of representatives of the United Nations held in San Francisco in April, May, and June. The charter formulated at the conference was subsequently ratified by the New Zealand Parliament. Mr Fraser also led the New Zealand delegation at the San Francisco Conference.
