In accordance with Order-in-Council dated September 13, 1945, issued under the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1945, I hereby notify that the land-tax leviable under that Act is payable at any office of the Land and Income Tax Department or at any money-order post office in one sum on Friday, September 28, 1945, and that additional tax accrues if not paid by October 19, 1945. Liability is not suspended by any objection, and tax must be paid by the prescribed date to avoid additional percentage; any overpayment will be refunded.
