DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SIGNING POSTPONED (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 18. The signing of the proposed agreement between Austria and Russia for the development of the Austrian oilfields has been postponed at Dr Renner’s request, says The Times Vienna correspondent. It is stated that the postponement is in no way attributable to the concern aroused in Britain and America.
