PRODUCTION IN GERMANY LONDON, Sept. 4. Luxemburg radio stated that the Lenna works, the largest synthetic oil plant in Germany, have resumed production. Fifteen thousand workers are now employed, although one-third of the plant was destroyed by Allied air attacks.
