FREE GIFT TO STATE MILLION WORKING HOURS •(Rec 8 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 4. The Czech Communist Party, with the object of making a free gift to the State of 1,000.000 working hours, has inaugurated a week-end scheme under which members will give their work gratis to the Republic during their spare time, says the Prague correspondent of The Times.
