SOLDIERS FROM INDIA
HIGH CANADIAN TRIBUTES (Rec. 8 p.m.) HONGKONG. Sept. 4. Released Canadian prisoners paid high tributes to the soldiers from India. They were subjected to most intense Japanese propaganda. They were tortured, and some were publicly executed but they remained staunchly loyal to Britain.
