SICK AND WOUNDED
FOUR NORTH OTAGO PERSONNEL Fourth North Otago personnel—Lancecorporal J. R. Ford, Lune street; Trooper W. R. Paton, Pukeuri; and Privates V. G. Bain, Wansbeck street, and J. I. Padkin, Thames highway—arrived on Saturday afternoon by a special hospital train bringing a party of sick and wounded men who have returned from the Middle East. The Mayor (Mr J. C. Kirkness) and representatives of the Oamaru Returned Services’ Association and the Red Cross were on the station to welcome the draft.
