GERMAN JET PLANES CAPTURED.—Hidden in an old salt mine in Egeln, Germany, the Allies discovered a factory for the manufacture of a new type of German plane driven by jet-propulsion. The planes, which had never been in action, were expected to attain a speed of 600 miles an hour. The photograph shows some of the machines in the underground factory.
