DEVONPORT STEAM FERRY
(P.A.) WELLINGTON,, May 28. The Devonport Steam Ferry, Ltd., has declared a final dividend of 3 per cent., making 6 per cent, for the year, payable on June 28 Immediately following the conclusion of the annual meeting on June 28, the extraordinary general meeting which was adjourned on June 28, 1944, will be held to reconsider the following as a special resolution of the company: “ That the name of the company be changed to ‘Auckland Ferries. Ltd.’ ”
