THE FISH MARKET
There was a fair supply available at yesterday morning’s fish auction, the main varieties being flats and red cod, all of which were cleared. Prices ranged as follows:—English soles, BJd to 9d per lb flounders, BJd per lb; ling, 5d per lb; couta, BJd each; crayfish, 23d per lb; red cod (large case) 235.
