KING LEOPOLD’S INTENTIONS NEW YORK, May 26. The North American Newspaper Alliance’s correspondent at Brussels says that an absolutely unimpeachable source, close to the Belgian Royal Family, has disclosed that King Leopold has decided to return to Brussels as soon as posible and to resume the prerogatives of the Crown and defy the powerful Socialist and Liberal movement to alienate him from the people. American doctors treating King Leopold at Salzburg will decide when he should return.
