NAZI BRUTALITY AT ITS WORST.—These two pictures are typical of the sight which greeted men of the American Fourth Armoured Division, when they reached a German concentration camp near Gotha. The camp was evacuated by the enemy before the Americans arrived, but those inmates who, because of malnutrition or disease, were unable to move were dragged to the centre of the camp and shot.
