CHINESE JUBILANT

(Rec. 7 p.m.) CHUNGKING, Apl. 6. The Chinese press has jubilantly hailed the fall of the Koiso Cabinet and Moscow’s denunciation of the Japanese neutrality pact. The Takung Pao, appealing for a speedy Chinese counter-offensive, predicted that the war against Japan- would end earlier than had been popularly expected. The army paper Saotan Pao said that possibly Japan's;-would continue to fight with all . her strength, but at the same time peek-, peace terms. It pointed out that the Russian Far Eastern Army is at full strength, and Japan could not further deplete her army force in Manchuria.
