Large yardings of sheep were forward for the weekly stock sale at Baiclutna on Friday, and the demand for all classes was keen. Quotations: Fat Sheep.—Best wethers sold from 28s 8d to 37s Cci; heavy ewes, to 235: freezing ewes, 18s to 21s; heavy lambs, to 34s Gd; fair sorts, 26s to 28s.
Store Sheep,—A large yarding. Twotooth ewes scald at 25s to 27s Gd; best sound-mouth ewes. 26s to 28s; good full and failing-mouth ewes. 15s to 19s; cuU ewes, down to 7s; best ewe lambs, to 27s 9d; forward lambs, 15s to 18s Gd.
