INDECENT BOOKS

(P.A.i WELLINGTON. Mar. 27. Reginald Hullena was to-day sentenced to two months’ imprisonment by Mr W. F. Stihvell, S.M., for having indecent books and magazines in his possession for sale. Counsel for the accused said he had arranged with the police to have all the hooks and magazines to which the nolice objected destroyed without further reference to the court. The magistrate made an order for their destruction. subject to a list being prepared.
