ELIMINATION URGED LONDON, Mar. 16. Dr Harold Moody, in his presidential address to the League of Coloured Peoples, said a memorandum drawn up by the league for presentation to the San Francisco conference asked for elimination by the United Nations within their own borders of “ those practices of racial discrimination against which they were fighting.” Dr Moody said the memorandum also requested complete equality for coloured peonies and rapid progress to full liberty and economic, social and political stability.
