(Special) CHRISTCHURCH, Mar. 19. Dividend provided interest this morning in a school once round the steeplechase fences. Travelling at a sound pace, he gave an impressive display of clean. afain made friends with a very good exhibition over four hurdles. Spanish Main was given a run over six hurdles, going quietly over the first two, after which the pace was improved. He jumped well. He is to race over hurdles at Riccarton next month, after winch he will resume as a steeplechaser. Manakore jumped four hurdles at a slow pace. It was a good effort, as he had been over the big obstacles only once previously.
