Bruce lnto the work of the late Mrs Eardlev Reynolds was paid by Mr W Downi'e Stewart at the annual meeting of the Patients and Prisoners’ Aid Society of Olago yesterday. Mr Stewart said that Mrs Reynolds had been a member of the society for 20 years and had taken a keen interest in all its activities. • Members stood in silence as a mark of respect to her memory. At the annual conference of the New Zealand Bakers and Pastrycooks’ Association, held in Wellington, the following officers were elected President, Mr A. E. Brownlie (Auckland): vice-president, Mr F.
