PERSONAL

Miss Mavis McDonald has been appointed organist at St. Luke’s Church in place of Mr L. H. Goddard, who has resigned. Motions of sympathy were passed by the North Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Association yesterday with the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, in the death of Mrs Fraser; and with Mr S. Gillies (Hampden) in the death of his wife.
