VICTORY ART UNION
Owing to the delay in getting the Victory Art Union properly launched, and owing to the fact that a complete close-down of most shops, offices, and factories took place over the festive season, difficulty in having butts relumed was foreseen and it was considered desirable to apply for an extension. The Department of Internal Affairs has granted an extension of one month, and the closing date will now be February 13. and the drawing date March 10.
