PRISONER CAMP IN JAPAN
CONDITIONS SATISFACTORY RUGBY, Dec. 11. According to the Vatican newspaper, which is quoted by a correspondent in Rome, the Roman Catholic apostolic delegate in Tokio visited an Allied prisoner-of-war camp on October 26. and inspected several thousand British and American prisoners. The newspaper stated that the camp was in a healthy, pleasant situation, and that the prisoners were in good condition.
