BUILDING EXPENDITURE (FOPR) WELLINGTON, Nov. 21. A ciause in the Local Legislation Bill which was introduced in the House of Representatives to-day and referred to the Local Bills Committee, authorises the Otago Hospital Board to recoup its capital account out of loan moneys in respect of moneys advanced for building purposes. The clause states that £15,888 was expended from the capital account for the erection of the physio-therapy block. A loan had since been raised and the board was desirous of recouping the account out of the proceeds of the loan.
