LORD KEYNES IN AMERICA (Rec. 11 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 4. Lord Keynes has arrived in Hew York in the role of economic ambassador to discuss broad-range present and post-war economic problems with American officials, says the New York Herald-Tribune. In view of the statement that on both sides cf the Atlantic there are indications of growing fear of post-war conflicts between Britain and America, Lord Keynes’s mission is regarded as a preliminary to the formation of a single international agency for economic co-opera-tion.
