COMMUNITY SING AND DANCE

There was an excellent attendance at the community sing and dance in Ihe Eveline Hall on Wednesday night in aid of the Casa Nova Wireless and Hall, Funds. The sing proved an outstanding success, and the items presented were of a high standard. The leaders were Messrs B. Hendon and J. McLean, and Mr J.‘Macmillan was the pianist. Mr A. C. Taylor, on behalf of Ihe committee, returned thanks to all who had contributed to the success of the function. The following contributed to the programme;—Misses Marie Buzan, Yvonne Laurie, B. Lindsay, V. Ovens, Messrs J. Macmillan, Hendon, McLean, S. W. Armstrong, and Harman. Mr and Mrs O’Brien supplied dance music and Mr L. Smart was the M.C.
