Black, Middlemarch (f.). OTHER DISTRICTS KILLED IN AN AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT Bisman, Royden Thomas,- Christchurch. MISSING, PRESUMED KILLED Chittenden, John David, Wellington. Parker, Godfrey Hudson, Wanganui. SERIOUSLY ILL FROM INJURIES RECEIVED ON WAR SERVICE Goldsmith, Temporary Sub-lieutenant Carrick Gifford, Eltham. KILLED (Previously Reported Missing) Mackay, Temporary Lieutenant (A) Henry Alexander, Napier.
