NAVAL HONOUR
\ SECOND BAR TO D.S.C. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 4. The King has approved the award of a second bar to the D.S.C. to Temporary Lieutenant' George James, Macdonald, R.N.Z.N.V.R., for good service in light coastal craft in action against the enemy. Hi's father is Mr J. W Macdonald, of Wellington.
