COMMUNITY SING

The weekly community sing will be held in the Strand Theatre on Friday, commencing at noon, and an appeal will be made for parcels for members of the armed forces, each parcel costing 10s. Donations may be sent to Mr J. F. Himburg, care Begg’s. A special attraction will be the first public appearance of the Dunedin Piano-Accordion Band, which, under Mr lan Randle, will play popular numbers.
