COOL AND CHANGEABLE Forecast for Otago.— I The following official weather forecast for Otago, covering the ensuing 24 hours, was issued at 5 p.m. ' yesterday by the Meteorological Office in Wellington:— Fresh to strong south-westerly winds, decreasing inland; weather cool and changeable, with occasional showers, but improving inland and more slowly on the coast. Further Outlook.—Still changeable, with isolated showers. Weather in Dunedin.—A ,• moderate north-west breeze, accompanied by mild temperatures, prevailed in Dunedin yesterday. The sky was somewhat overcast during daylight hours, but after sunset conditions were clearer.
