CYCLING WITHOUT LIGHTS
That the dangerous practice of riding bicycles af!er dark was very prevalent, was disclosed bv Inspector J. M. Henderson at the Children’s Court yesterday. The inspector stated that a larga number of women rode cvcles at night without hgn s. Mr H. W.‘ Bundle, S.M., s’.ressed the danger of this practice, and stated that prosecutions should without hesitation be brought against women offenders.
