FINNISH FIRMS BLACKLISTED WASHINGTON, (Rec. 11.15 p.m.) June 4. The United States has blacklisted 84 Finnish firms, including two headed by the Finnish Foreign Minister, M. Henrik Ramsey, and the Minister of Defence. General Rudolf Walden. The blacklisting means that the Finns will suffer economic penalties after, as well as during, the war.
