Parris. £2 6s, money lent; Mrs C. Wilson v. FT. Weir, £2 8s lOd, goods supplied; I. Waterman v. Percy Powell (Trentham), £4, for balance of board due; Otago Hospital Board v. Robert C. Carter. 10s, outpatient treatment; McFarlane and Co. v. L. M. Turner. £2 15s lOd, goods supplied; H. and G. K. Neill. Ltd., v. R. Edminston (Cromwell). £1 17s 6d, goods supplied. - Judgment Summons Palmer and Son, Ltd., proceeded against John C. Mcßae on a judgment summons for £5 3s 3d.—The defendant was ordered to pay the amount owing, with costs, in default six days’ imprisonment. Orders for Possession George Linton Strang (Mr G. T. Baylee) proceeded against Mary E. Sparnon (Mt C. P. Brooks. Labour Department) for possession of a dwelling in Broughton street, South Dunedin.—After hearing evidence, the magistrate refused to Issue an order for possession. A claim bv I. Hi Wilson (Mr R. A. King) against A. W. T. and Moira Morriss for possession of a dwelling in Clarewood avenue. Woodhaugh, was adjourned sine die. to be brought up within six months. A claim for arrears of rent amounting to £3B 2s lOd was also made, and the defendant was ordered to pay 30s rent and 2s 6d off the arrears each week.
