ALLEGED THEFT OF TYRES
Stanley Robert Phillips and Henry Walton Phillips, labourers, both aged 28, appeared in the City Police Court yesterday before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., charged with the theft of two motor tyres valued at £22, the property of Dunedin Rental Cars. The accused were remanded to appear on April 26, bail being fixed at £SO, with a surety of £SO.
