POST-WAR SERVICES
(Rec. 1 a.m.) NEW YORK, Apl. 5. The civil aeronautics authority is planning approximately 6000 airfields and airports as part of America’s postwar programme, says the Washington correspondent of the New York Times. They will range from L-shaped village fields with 1800-foot runways to complete fields with paved runways a mile or more long and extending in every direction.
